It sometimes doesn’t look like the most well-presented dish in the world, but the moment the taste hits your tongue the flavour explodes in your mouth. The time it takes to make this dish might seem a little daunting, but it's mostly taken up by the beef cooking and not by prep work. - It may seem that this dish takes a long time, but most of the the time goes in cooking the beef! Let the pot to do the most of work for you.
- I served this dish with cucumber. but of course, you can prepare salad to go with this dish.
