Miso Bone Broth
Miso soup is the staple of a healthy Japanese diet. We can drink it anytime of the day, breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is a vegetarian-friendly broth - using a special blend of shiitake mushroom and Japanese kombu which is packed with umami flavours - an antioxidant explosion.
Water, Miso Paste (contains Soy), Onion, Carrot, Cabbage, Spring Onion, Shiitake Mushroom, Kelp.

Serving Size: 350g
Pour the Miso broth into a large saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Add tofu and seasoned fresh veggies and simmer until cooked.
Cook udon noodles as per pack instructions, drain.
Dive the noodles, tofu, veggies and Miso broth between 2 bowls.
