About Füri – Pro East/West Santoku Set, 2 piece
Füri Pro knives offer superior knife cutting performance for both the professional chef and home cooking enthusiast. Engineered with the innovative Füri ‘reverse-wedge’ handle. The handle locks into the hand for a more secure grip, reducing hand fatigue. All blades are made with a high carbon Japanese stainless steel alloy, for a knife that holds its edge for longer whilst remaining easy to sharpen. Unrelenting sharpness from the East, unmatched strength from the West. These knives can be used for varied cutting tasks from fine chopping to dicing and paper-thin slicing. Scalloped indentations on the blade reduce cutting friction to make slicing faster and easier.

- Please remember to choose the colour of the apron you want when you order.
- Each class is approximately 2.5hrs and includes the recipes per class.
- For the gift voucher/s: please remember to put the TO and FROM when ordering.
- Vouchers are not issued automatically. They need to be processed in our system first. So, if this is ordered on a weekend/public holiday or after 2pm, your order will be processed on the next working day.
- This gift set can be couriered to you or you can also collect it from our kitchen in Parnell, Auckland. For courier, please allow 2-4 workings days for delivery. For outside of Auckland area, the delivery time may vary.

- Class/es must be booked and taken before the expiry date, or your voucher will be deemed invalid.
- We reserve the right to cancel and/or postpone class/es and will issue a new gift voucher for the next available class.
- We do not issue cash refunds for gift vouchers under any circumstances.
- Sachie’s Kitchen Gift Voucher/s are not redeemable for cash.
