Sachieskitchen.com online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure purchasing options. Items displayed on the site can be purchased using our real-time, online Mastercard or Visa transaction facility. Customers have the confidence in knowing that all of their details are protected by the latest 128bit security mechanisms, and are used only for the purposes of the transaction. Should the customer prefer, the completed shopping basket (order) can be printed out when in checkout, attached to cheque payment or credit card details and posted to Sachie’s Kitchen.

Product Descriptions

The products will comply, in all material respects, with their product descriptions appearing on this site at the time when you submit the order. If a product does not comply with its product description, you may return the product(s) and accept a refund or exchange the product(s) – for more information please see our Returns page.

Sachie’s Kitchen Mail Order Guarantee

Sachie’s Kitchen is committed to deliver your order as quickly as possible or to deliver your order at the most appropriate time according to your special delivery instructions. At Sachie’s Kitchen, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy, we will gladly replace, exchange (subject to availability) or refund within 14 days of purchasing.

 Standard Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is within 2-3 business days, however if you are within the rural delivery areas the estimate for delivery may incur an additional 5 days lead time.

If an item is ordered that is out of stock, we will advise the ETA on delivery and notify of any expected delays.

Can I collect my items from Sachie’s Kitchen?

You sure can! When you place an order through our online store, you will be given the option of “Collect from Sachie’s Kitchen” from our kitchens in Parnell. This option can be selected within stage 3 (Shipping Method) of the checkout process.

When your order is received by our customer service team and your stock is confirmed as available, a dispatch email is sent to you with the details for your kitchen pickup.

Delivering Company

All deliveries are made by New Zealand Post and require a street address for delivery, as all parcels are sent by tracking service. Once your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you with your tracking details. You can track your order through www.nzpost.co.nz

 Shipping and Handling fee:

Nationwide: $5.50

Delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging and delivery. Delivery charges will be added at the checkout.

We do not deliver outside New Zealand; however orders may still be placed from overseas with a New Zealand delivery address.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, all order transactions are completed using a secure site with eWay.

What if I want to make payment by Cheque or Direct Credit?

We have endeavoured to make our online ordering as secure for you as possible, but if you are still reluctant to use a credit card online then you can pay by cheque or direct credit.  Simply go through the online selection process and print off your order within the shopping cart. Attach your cheque and mail it or drop it off to Sachie’s Kitchen, Suite 1.4 Axis Building, 91 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell; and we will process it as a mail order for you. If you wish to pay by direct credit, please contact us on info@sachieskitchen.com or 09 302 7680.

The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement will be ‘Sachie’s Kitchen’.

If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.

We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the order and contact you to inform you that your order will not be processed. We may process this order or further orders if you make a payment.


The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, but don’t include any delivery charges. We endeavour to ensure that all prices listed on this site are consistent with the prices offered in our kitchen.

All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason.If this happens with an item you have ordered, we will contact you prior to delivery.

Special Pricing & Gifts with Purchase are subject to availability and we reserve the right to amend or cancel these without notice. If this happens with an item you have ordered, we will contact you prior to delivery.

Cancellation, return and refund policies

If you wish to return your product(s) to Sachie’s Kitchen for a refund/exchange:

  • You need to contact us within five working days of receiving your product(s) – either by phone or email – to let us know there’s a problem.  We’ll then give you an authorization code for you to include with your returns.
  • The product(s) must be couriered back to Sachie’s Kitchen in their original packaging and must be of re-sellable and unused condition.
  • Enclose the original paperwork that you received with your order and quote the refund/exchange code.
  • Sachie’s Kitchen will pay to have goods returned to us if they’re faulty but if you’ve changed your mind, then return is at your cost.
  • Once your return has been received, the Sachie’s Kitchen team will assess the goods and, provided they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund within 10 business days. We will email you with a confirmation of your refund once processed.

Please note that Sachie’s Kitchen will refund the purchase price of your product(s) as per your invoice.

Freight fees charged for your Sachie’s Kitchen online order will be refunded in the event that of faulty goods but not in the case of an exchange for a different product or if you’ve simply changed your mind

Refunds for online orders can only be processed through head office.

If you would prefer to drop your product(s) in to our kitchen in Parnell you are most welcome.  Please make sure you have advised us of your intention to do this by phone or email first and have your authorisation code handy when you come in.  Please note though that your refund/exchange cannot be issued at the time of return to the retail stores.

Sachie’s Kitchen Refund/Exchange Exclusions:

We are unable to refund or exchange the following:

  • Products that have been specifically ordered in for you
  • Gift vouchers
  • Packaged items that have been opened and/or removed from original packaging

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you’ve have received a damaged or faulty product:

  • Please contact Sachie’s Kitchen within 48hours of receiving your product(s) to advise to let us know
  • We will organise a courier to collect the product(s) as soon as possible.Please ensure that the product(s) are re-packaged safely for the courier to collect.
  • Include all original invoice/paperwork with your return package.
  • Once your return has been received, we will assess the damage or fault and have it either replaced or refunded. Please note that product replacements are subject to stock availability. We will keep you informed with any replacement product delays.

Consumer Data Privacy and Security Policy

Security is one of our highest priorities. www.sachieskitchen.com uses Shopify technology and they include a 128 but SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart.  In addition, Shopify’s ecommerce hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant. While we may (with your permission) securely store your customer details, etc. We do not sell, trade or share this information with anyone. Your Information – collection and storage

When you order from www.sachieskitchen.com we ask you for your e-mail address, and we need to know your first and last names as well as your telephone number. This is in case any one of our staff needs to contact you regarding your order and your credit card information. This information is currently used solely to fulfil your order. Your personal information is stored both online and in our order processing system in a secure and responsible way, however both systems have built in security and are not available to unauthorised persons. In the future we may use this information to assist you with repeat visits -with your permission of course!

Do we collect any other Information?  Yes.  Sachie’s Kitchen does collect information on the usage of the site, such as pages visited and most popular pages. This helps us determine what our customers are most interested in and we can keep our site as up to date as possible regarding new products etc.. We ARE NOT able to tell who you are from this information and while it is stored on our secure systems we do not pass it onto any third parties.


We may collect personal information about you:

  • When you register for an online account.
  • When you contact us to enquire about this site or any of our products or services.
  • Through your use of this site and the services and functionality offered through it.

You are entitled to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not we hold personal information about you and you are entitled to reasonable access to this information. You may also request:

We will not hold your personal information for longer than is required for the purpose(s) for which it was collected.

If you unsubscribe you will continue to receive emails specifically related to your online orders.
