15 years ago my Vietnamese friend invited me to her home, and this was the first time I had ever tasted the classic Lemongrass Chicken. It was unique, but the aroma of the lemongrass was irresistible and I've been hooked on it ever since. Tips & Tricks from Sachie
- The lemongrass marinade works perfectly for other protein – try and experiment with pork, white fish, tofu!
